I try hard not to develop any insecurities or start doubting myself or feeling insecure for any reason. Once I catch myself having negative thoughts I quickly snap out of it or I reach out for my husband’s help. This is why I only ever used the tips above after pregnancy, and until I regained my normal or permanent body shape.
